A mix of Tuscan tradition and liking together with professionalism and preciousness,
that’s what is typical of Monsignore’s Restaurant.
The chef feeds the cuisine in each detail and he suggests dishes of Tuscan tradition
in a tasty but light way using ingredients of the Resort kitchen garden, which
are for this reason seasonal, fresh and real. All the ingredients are the result
of a careful choice on what the territory offers: oil, cheeses, meats, cold meats…
It is possible to match these dishes with many wines choosing among those present
on the rich and various wine carte: famous and classical wines like Sassicaia,
Ornellaia and Guadaltasso together with wines typical of the Mugello area like
Ventisei, Frascole or Annita.
Moreover guests can have a sweet wakening thanks to the rich buffet breakfast:
fresh juices, crunchy delicacies and homemade cakes.
